Alcohol Focus Scotland provide a directory
of local and national services where you can seek help or advice if
you feel that you or someone you know is drinking too much. They
also run a telephone helpline.

Citizens Advice Scotland
Citizens Advice Scotland can provide you with advice on a range of
issues including welfare benefits, housing and homelessness,
financial or debt advice, energy saving advice and more. They aim
to ensure that people are aware of their rights and services
available to them and to advocate on behalf of those less able.

confidential and independent advice on how to deal with debt
